Butler Service "Handling VIP Check Out Guest"

 
 
One day when Mr. Edward will be check out tomorrow, the butler is cleaning in the guest room.

Butler  : excuse me Mr. Edward, as long as I knew, you will check out tomorrow, is than right??

Guest   : yes that’s right, oh my God, I’m forgot to tell you to book a flight ticket for me, can you book me a ticket now??

Butler  : what kind of flight ticket do you want sir?

Guest   : I want a Garuda Airlines to San Francisco

Butler  : what type of class do you want?

Guest   : I want a first class please!

Butler  : it’s ok I will book you a flight ticket now, do you need anything else?

Guest   : no, thank you

Butler  : all right, I will back again if I got your ticket.

Butler              : Yes, do you have any flights to San Francisco tomorrow?

Butler              : that’s fine. Could you tell me how much a return flight costs? I’ll be staying three weeks.

Ticketing         : excuse me, may I know Economy, business class, or first class ticket?
Butler              : first class , please.
Ticketing         : That would be Rp2000,000,00
Butler              : OK. Could I make a reservation?

Butler              : The 9.00 a.m, please.

Can I pay at the check-in desk when I pick up my ticket?

Ticketing         : of course, but you will have to confirm this reservation at least two hours before departure time.

Butler              : I see, our bellboy will be go there later

Ticketing         : Now you have been booked, Mrs. Eka, The flight leaves at 9:00 a.m., and the arrival in San Francisco  will be at 09:00 a.m., local time tomorrow. The flight number is GA 476.

Bellboy            : good afternoon uniformed service Ady speaking ,how  may I help you?

Butler              : good morning, Mr. Ady, please pick up Mr. Edward’s ticket in Garuda Airlines now, because it’s for tomorrow morning

Bellboy            : all right, but may I know who’s calling please?

Butler              : this is Eka from Butler Service, don’t forget the ticket is in first class.

Bellboy            : sure

Butler              : thank you Mr. Ady

 

*after pick up the ticket in Garuda Airlines the bellboy escort it to the Butler*

Bellboy            : excuse me, I would like to escort Mr. Edward’s Ticket

Butler              : of course, thank you very much Mr. Ady

*delivering the ticket to Guest*

Butler              : Good Afternoon, butler service ( push the bell/ knock the door) 3x

The guest open the door

Butler              : good afternoon, Mr. Edward, I would like to escort your Flight ticket J

Guest               : oh yeah come in please!

Butler              : thank you, well Mr. Edward, this is your ticket, the flight leaves at 9:00 A.M, and your flight number is GA 476

Guest               : oh thank you very much Eka, you do it so fast, I really appreciate your service

Butler              : no problem sir, it is my obligation here

Guest               : thank you very much

Butler              : excuse me, because you will leave in the morning, may I packing your luggage?

Guest               : yes please, don’t forget for my laundry

Butler              : of course sir

Butler              : good morning, butler service (knocking the door)

Butler              : here is your laundry sir, I will pack this in your suitcase

When the butler in the room, the bellboy knocking the door too

Bellboy            : good morning, bellboy please

The guest open the door

Bellboy            : good morning Mr. Edward, I would like to pick up your luggages

Guest               : all right, come in please

Bellboy            : thank you sir

The bellboy lift all of the guest luggage

Bellboy            : excuse me sir, please follow me to reception desk J

Guest               : of course

The bellboy escorting the guest to the lobby

Bellboy            : here we go sir

Guest               : thank you

Bellboy            : this is the key, madam

Reception        : thank you Mr. Ady

Reception        : good morning Mr. Edward, did you enjoy your day to stay with us sir?

Guest               : hmm… I enjoy it very much, all people here so friendly, unlike in Edotel Hotel in San Francisco

Reception        : thank you very much Mr. Edward, and are you ready to check out?

Guest               :  yes of course

Reception        : all right, Mr. Edward, we have a souvenir for you, maybe this just a little thing from us, we hope you can accept this

Guest               : it is beautiful, thank you very much, but I’m sorry I can’t give anything for you

Reception        : no problem sir,  we will always remember you

Guest               : thank you very much

The bellboy lift the guest luggage into the car

And the butler make a conversation with the guest

Butler              : thank you very much for your stay in our Hotel sir, we are looking forward to your coming again in Bali Mr. Edward

Guest               : thank you for all of your service Eka, you have a good personal care

Butler              : thank you sir, and good bye, see next time

The bellboy open the car’s door for Mr. Edward

Bellboy            : excuse me Mr. Edward, our car is ready, we can go now

Reception  : Good morning, welcome to Edotel Hotel Denpasar, how may help you?

Guest            : Good morning, I need a room right now.

Reception  : Do you have made a reservation before, Sir?

Guest            : I want to reserve one suite room for 5 nights, it’s from 9th September until 14th September 2013 and that’s for two persons

Guest            : Yes, please

Reception : The room facilities in our hotel such as private balcony, living room, kitchenette, refrigerator with mini bar, wardrobe, television, Telephone with telephone attention, air conditioner and safety deposit box. Bath room complete with shower, bath tub and wash basin complete hot and cold running water. And the hotel facilities such as restaurant and bar, coffee shop, meeting room, tailor, laundry, saloon and beauty, sport area and parking area. The room rate is Rp.450.000,- nett include breakfast. Well Sir, would you like to take this room?

Guest            : Yes, I take this room.

Reception  : Well Sir, please fill this registration card, and this is your pen

Reception  : In our hotel accept 3 kind of credit card such as: AMEX (American express), BANK AMER, and DC (Diner club). May I know what type of credit card do you have?

Guest            : I’ll pay by AMEX.

Reception  : May I borrow you credit card please, because I will take your deposit 100% the room rate for one night, so that’s Rp.450.000,00.

Guest             : Ok, this is my credit card.

Reception  : Thank you Mr. Malik, please enter your pin here sir.

Guest            : oh ok

Reception  :thank you sir, this is your credit card and your bill. Please you can check again your deposit.

Guest            : Yes, that’s alright.

Reception  : Well, Mr. Malik, may I repeat your guest card?

Guest            : Yes, please.

Reception  : this is your guest card Mr. Zayn Malik, your room number is Jempiring 1, the room rate is Rp. 450.000,00 nett included breakfast and you stay until  27th November 20, is that correct, Sir?

Guest            : Yes, that’s correct

Reception  : please keep this card during  you stay in this hotel Mr. Malik

Well Mr. Malik Our hotel have some information such as, at the F.O cashier, we have safety deposit box, if you have valuable things please, you keep in there. Because in our hotel not responsibility for the lost valuable thing.

Reception  : This is your room key .if you would like going to outside hotel, please keep your room key in the receptionist desk because, if you lost your room key our hotel will be charge you Rp25.000,00 extra charge

Reception  : This is you breakfast coupon. If you would like to have a breakfast, please come to Bogasari restaurant. It’s open from 06.00 A.M until 10.00 A.M, and don’t forget to bring your breakfast coupon at the cashier. And if you have some letter and facsimile, please, you can come at receptionist desk. And we’ll be help you and the last information are for the check out time at 12.00 P.M at noon. Well, Mr. Louis that all clear for you?

Guest            : Yes, thank you for your information

Reception  : You’re welcome Mr. Malik , Wait a moment please Mr. Malik, I’ll call the bell boy because our bell boy will be escort you to your room. (Calling the bell boy) bell boy please!

Bell boy       : Yes, I am.
